- We don't offer security window screens. We do install security screen doors.

## Timing

- Callback: we call you back within 1 business day.
- Visits: most visits are booked within two weeks, often sooner in winter.
- Same-day service means the job is done in one visit: we measure, build and install on-site. It does not mean a same-day appointment.
- Retractable doors go in the same day when the size and color are in stock; otherwise we measure, order and install when it arrives.
- Security doors are always made to order: we measure, order and install when the door arrives (two visits, never same day).
- Swinging screen doors are never same day: we measure, then the door arrives in about a week and we install it.

- $145 minimum for mobile service. We are mobile-only: all work is measured, built and installed at the customer's home. We do not take screen drop-offs.
- Not offered: glass repair, sliding glass doors, garage door screens, financing.

## Mesh Options

- Fiberglass: standard, included in the base price.
- Pet-resistant: vinyl-coated polyester, 7x stronger than fiberglass, resists claws and scratches. +$20 per window screen, +$40 per door screen.
- Solar: blocks up to 90% of solar heat on sun-facing windows (manufacturer rating) while keeping airflow. +$20 per window screen, +$40 per door screen.
- UltraVue: nearly invisible, the clearest view. +$20 per window screen, +$40 per door screen.
